These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of tailneeds.com(the “Website”) and any purchase of products offered by TailNeeds (“TailNeeds”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order or using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Products

We sell natural pine wood cat litter. Our current products are the 10kg Value Pack and the 25kg Bulk Pack. Product descriptions, weights, and prices are shown on the Website and are subject to change without notice. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2. Orders & Pricing

All prices and order totals are calculated by our servers at the time of checkout. The amount you are charged is the amount displayed to you before you confirm the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If we cancel a prepaid order for such reasons, the amount paid will be refunded.

3. Payment Methods

We accept prepaid online payments (cards, netbanking, wallets, and UPI where available) processed securely through Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD is available only on orders with a total weight of 25 kg or above; smaller orders must be paid online. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers; all payment information is handled by our payment gateway.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Free home delivery is provided on all orders. Estimated delivery is 2–4 business days from order confirmation, though actual timelines may vary due to location and courier factors. You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and a reachable phone number.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Order cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review both before placing an order.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Website, including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, tamper with prices or orders, access it through automated means without permission, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of TailNeeds and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TailNeeds is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the Website or the products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
